Statement from December 19, 2023
Following articles published on December 15 and 16 in Swiss media Blick and La Tribune de Genève, the Isocrates Foundation vigorously condemns any allegation or insinuation relating to the private sphere of the persons mentioned. The Foundation firmly distances itself from the content of these articles and will refrain from further commenting on them.
Statement from December 1, 2023
Following media reports initiated by the publication of an article in 24 heures and La Tribune de Genève on December 1, 2023, the Isocrates Foundation wishes to clarify the following.
Nicolas Puech’s philanthropic foundation was created on his initiative and officially registered in Valais, Switzerland, on August 26, 2011. The Foundation is legally bound to its founder through a contract of inheritance signed before a notary in September 2011. (…)
Statement from November 21, 2023
On November 21, the Isocrates Foundation has informed his grantees and partners that the foundation is, until further notice, no longer in a position to process new funding requests. The foundation will carry out the projects it has already committed to. All existing partnership contracts will therefore be honored.
